Representatives of the insurance industry from all around the world gathered at Celent's Live Insurance Session at I&I Week 2021. Under the theme of accelerated insurance, reflecting on how much insurers had to adapt to these new times, we surveyed participants to understand what IT trends are driving their strategy today.

During the session, Celent asked attendees five questions looking into a selected group of trends and how these drive their strategy. Each question was drafted to shed light on how the insurance industry is applying each of these trends.
