In Insurtech in Asia Series: Evolving Landscape, Changing Innovations in Singapore, we summarize the observations and segment four main areas for enabling innovation in the city state. In this report, we will travel to Asia, specifically Greater China and Southeast Asia, and explore the region’s insurtechs and technology providers to uncover insurance innovation. We will present an overview of technology providers, insurtechs, and core platform providers from Greater China (Mainland China and Hong Kong) and Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore). It is not an exhaustive coverage of all companies but the goal is to extract observations and patterns of where insurance innovation is or heading towards in these regions and is the second edition of the "Insurtech in Asia Series".
