Pushing Boundaries In Corporate Banking Channels
    Entering the innovation proliferation period
    18th March 2019

Over the past five years, corporate bank channels have come a long way. Banks have made much progress in desktop and mobile banking, ranging from cleaner, more intuitive GUIs and dashboards, wizards that simplify workflows, customizable taskbars and home view, improved reporting, and biometric authentication. The future portends more dramatic changes.

In Changing (Inter)face of Corporate Bank Channels, I share perspectives on the evolution of corporate bank channels and sketch out two horizons: 2019–2024 (a period of innovation proliferation) and 2025–2029 (a period of real-time treasury and supply chain). I then offer direction on how to respond, outlining three pillars: fix what is broken, experiment to achieve a leapfrog, and anticipate and prepare for game-changing disruption.
