
Colin Kerr, CTP
Biography
Colin’s research in the Corporate Banking practice draws on a career at the intersection of global banking business and technology. Based in Chicago, his focus includes digital channels, the development of modern cash management platforms and ecosystems, and data-oriented solutions for banking.
With experiences forged at leading banks and technology firms in Europe and the United States, Colin was previously a Technology Executive for Digital Channels at Bank of America. He led the development of solutions for global banking clients. Before that, Colin drove market growth as an Industry Solutions Director for Worldwide Financial Services at Microsoft.
Previous roles include Research Director at CEB TowerGroup, a leading research and advisory services firm. Prior to that, Colin was at ABN AMRO Bank’s Global Transaction Services group and was responsible for developing payments and cash management solutions for global corporate clients. His career started at HSBC in the UK before moving to the US with an international wholesale banking applications vendor.
Colin is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and often contributes to industry publications. In addition, he regularly speaks at banking and payments industry conferences throughout the world.
