Aya Hasegawa

Aya Hasegawa is an experienced Account Management & Business Development Manager and is based in Tokyo. In this role, she is responsible for sales and client management for a wide range of technology solution vendors, management consultancies, system integrators, and financial institutions.

Her experience allows her to ensure clients get the best value out of their service. She helps support them to make better strategic technology decisions. Prior to joining Celent, Aya was head of Japanese Business at Ovum (now a part of Omdia), working with telecommunication operators and technology vendors to help them understand the market landscape and define their market penetration strategies.

Aya received her BMus (Trinity College of Music) validated by the University of Westminster.
