Celent recognizes Faktor-IPM for its exceptional range of functions and excellent market adaption in their latest report
It is the first time that Celent, a research and consulting company, has listed Faktor Zehn’s policy software - Faktor-IPM - in their annual report on policy management systems.
Cologne, 22 August 2018 – For the first time, Faktor-IPM (insurance policy management system) has been listed in the internationally recognized Celent Report. The policy management system, developed by Faktor Zehn GmbH, scores highly both in “Advanced Technology” and “Breadth of Functionality.” In “Europe, Middle East, and Africa Policy Administration Systems 2018,” the analysts of the Celent policy systems looked at providers from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), comparing their different functionalities and features.
According to Celent, Faktor-IPM’s special features include its functional range, as well as the Faktor-IPS® open-source core. Customer reviews were also part of the report. Customers praised Faktor Zehn for their excellent co-operation and high level of expertise. They also appreciated the growth of the open-source community, the state-of-the-art technology and the flexibility of its data model.
