Numerix the leader in risk technology, is proud to announce today its inclusion in Crain's New York Business annual ranking of Best Places to Work in New York City 2019.

In honor of this year’s rankings, Numerix joined the 100 top employers on Friday, December 6th at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City. Crain’s divided this year’s winners into three categories representing small, medium and large companies based on the number of New York employees. Numerix was included as #20 within the large company category.

“This award is one of the most important we’ve received as it is a reflection on how our employees view our company and its leadership, as well as how the firm supports their career goals,” says Steve O’Hanlon, CEO of Numerix. “At Numerix, we pride ourselves on solving complex problems with technology, and our employees are essential to making this happen. Numerix embodies a fintech culture that pushes innovation and thinking out-of-the-box. As we continue to invest heavily in the Numerix family and grow our company, attributes such as gender equality, team building, and employee wellness are critical to our culture. We are honored to be part of this amazing list of best companies to work for in New York City.”

Winners were determined by the results of a weighted survey of employees and employers, conducted by Crain’s in partnership with Best Companies Group. This marks the twelfth consecutive year that Crain’s has conducted this research to determine the most desirable companies to work for in New York City. Through this program, Crain’s surveyed more than 20,000 employees working across the five boroughs, shedding light on companies’ working environment, benefits and diversity.
