- Munich Re Automation Solutions Ltd, announces a collaboration with MetLife in Brazil for digital life insurance and automated underwriting solutions in their commitment to superior customer service.
- The deal is part of a broad automation project simplifying and standardizing the current operating system architecture alongside the implementation of an automated underwriting engine.
Munich Re Automation Solutions Ltd, a leading insurtech specialist and subsidiary of Munich Re, today announces its partnership with MetLife Group to implement tools from the automated underwriting solution ALLFINANZ in Brazil as part of their ongoing global MetLife relationship. MetLife is Munich Re Automation Solutions’ third customer in the Brazil region, underlining the importance of the South American market.
This new partnership will extend over five years, giving MetLife’s consultants, planners, and other third-party clients in Brazil access to various modules from Munich Re Automation Solutions’ suite of automated underwriting and advanced analytics tools, including the ALLFINANZ Interview Server. This points to a growing demand for faster and more accurate quotes through data-driven and cloud-based solutions, with a flexible underwriting process that is tailored to the needs of a wide variety of clients. The ALLFINANZ tools will allow MetLife to streamline and simplify their underwriting process for their Brazilian client base, and increase underwriting consistency and accuracy of risk assessments by having an intuitive interview and including real time information.
