SimCorp, a leading provider of investment management solutions and services for the global financial services industry, today announced it has been named best European Front to Back Office Provider of the Year at the Funds Europe Awards 2015, an accolade that SimCorp receives for the second year in a row.

SimCorp’s winning entry highlighted recent SimCorp Dimension functionality upgrades, but also  noted SimCorp’s contributions to market research and the numerous client wins throughout the year that have strengthened the company’s market leading position across the front to back office space.

Nick Fitzpatrick, group editor of Funds Europe and Funds Global, said: "The number of entries for the Funds Europe awards grew once again this year, as more and more firms respect that winners and shortlists are chosen by an independent panel of external judges. This makes a Funds Europe award truly worth winning. The awards recognize excellence within the European funds industry and firms are judged variously on tangible growth, thought leadership and quality of service. Judges report that the standard of entries was very high."

Seven investment management firms working with SimCorp have also received accolades in various industry categories at the Funds Europe Awards 2015, with another three being shortlisted.

The win was announced at a ceremony in London on November 26.
