We spoke to Ken Thompson, Head of Shared Services, TD U.S. Wealth, about his firm's experience of using cloud to transform both the advisor and end-user experience. TD used Salesforce to remove friction points and help colleagues be more effective by reengineering disparate processes to eliminate the advisor's "swivel-chair" effect as they undertook various activities.
