Abstract

To track the progress of artificial intelligence (AI) in user interfaces (UI) in retail banking, Celent launched its inaugural AI in the UI Request for Information (RFI) in March, which benchmarks current and future adoption, the prime use cases, and the underlying business cases. Based on our findings, we are publishing a series of reports. This report is the second in the series and reviews vendors offering front office AI applications.
