Abstract


金融機関の間では、再生・破たん処理計画（RRP）や自己資本および流動性のストレステストをめぐるシナリオのモデル化に向けて世界規模の統合的アプローチをとることで、審査書提出の改善やシナジー効果に結びつける動きが広がっています。これらのテストは本来違いがあるため、統合できる範囲は限られるものの、規制要件の細分化が進んでいる上、本拠地を管轄する当局が子会社へのテストを求めるようになり、シナリオのモデル化に向けた世界規模の戦略的ソリューションが必要であることは明確になりつつあります。

本レポートでは、ストレステストに対する統合アプローチの「Target State Vision」を提示し、金融機関がそうした効率性を実現するための実践的なロードマップを提示します。
