      Snap polls reflect questions posed by members of the Celent Executive Panel, a group of C level executives in the insurance industry. This snap poll came from an insurer that is looking for insights on enterprise architecture practices.

      This deck provides a summary of the responses to a Snap Poll conducted November 19-25 2025. Questions for a snap poll come from one of the other members of the panel. The snap poll was fielded to select members of the Celent Executive Panel, a group of C level executives in the insurance industry. 16 insurers responded to this survey over the course of five days.

      Background:

      This insurer is considering the Salesforce Signature Success Plan They’re aware that it is not an insurance specific software, but are interested in any insight or feedback you may have on the product. They are considering purchasing the service and potentially decreasing reliance on another vendor that is on the expensive side.

      Questions:

      1. Do you use Salesforce?

      a. Do you use the Salesforce Signature Success Plan?

      i. How do you feel about the service and support they receive through the plan?

      ii. Do you feel it provides value for the cost?

      iii. What is the biggest value add with the service?

      iv. What should this client be on the lookout for in the service or potentially their agreement terms?

      v. If you have renewed, what has your experience been regarding pricing of the service.

      b. If you are not using Signature Success Plan, how are you supporting the architecture needs of your organization?

      c. Do you use or recommend any other SI partners and if so, would you be willing to share the name?

      d. Any other thoughts?
