As part of our regular discussions with insurance architects and technology strategists, we have identified some of their top concerns when embarking on a digital transformation project.
There are various approaches insurers can take to modernize their system landscape. Depending on the magnitude of the digital transformation program, these projects can be effort-intensive, long, and risky. EastWest Ageas Insurance’s initiative is a great example that demonstrates how ambitious objectives can be met when technology decisions and execution are meticulously planned.
