The Canadian Digital Banking (CDB) program at the Bank of Montreal is the first phase of a transformational strategy to modernize and future-proof the entirety of the banking platform and experience for both BMO customers and employees. The scope of this project was to take an outdated online banking platform that was over 15 years old, and costly to run and maintain, and completely overhaul it with a modern application stack and a reimagined user experience with the delivery of brand-new web and mobile app interfaces.
