Abstract
RBC launched new remote account open tools for personal and business clients. With this, RBC offers clients three convenient ways to open an account: remote self-serve, remote advisor-assisted, and in person at a branch. This has been particularly relevant during the pandemic, but relevant longer term also, as a foundation for delivering top-tier advice to clients whenever and wherever it’s needed.
