Annual Survey Results

Abstract

Every year we survey insurance CIOs across different regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This year thirty-eight EMEA life and health insurance CIOs, CTOs, or IT architects have contributed to our survey. EMEA life and health insurance CIOs continue to prioritize business growth, but they also increasingly help their organization protect against cyber threats.

Business Goals Influencing IT Plans

This report provides EMEA life and health insurer's perspectives on business priorities, investment priorities, current system replacement activities, cloud adoption, build vs. buy, IT budgets, ESG, analytics and artificial intelligence, and cyber security.
