Abstract

Every year we survey insurance CIOs across different regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This year twenty-one EMEA P&C CIOs, CTOs, or IT architects have contributed to our survey.

A majority of EMEA P&C insurers are planning or developing projects leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This report provides EMEA P&C insurer's perspectives on business priorities, investment priorities, current system replacement activities, cloud adoption, IT budgets, analytics and artificial intelligence, and Generative AI adoption.
