Abstract

2022 will see the broader return to normal business operations, and APAC insurers are optimistic. 2021 was the year where new plans were set, and 2022 is the year for execution, such as an increase in innovation using data, analytics, and AI. This was strengthened by a stronger investment majority for cybersecurity.

With this annual report, Celent examines business priorities, IT budget and investment being launched. This report shows the main findings of this year's survey for APAC insurers.
