Data assets and data as a product are becoming the priority for insurers, which are investing in data, analytics, and AI tools for delivering a customer-centric experience. Insurers are also aware that they must act now to upskill their workforce to prepare for upcoming change in finanical services. The next-generation of insurers is expected to be technology-focused.
