Mercantile Bank, on the other hand, a small community bank, through the use of technology and a dedication to customer service, is able to compete with many of the larger regional banks in its service area as a result of deployment. It has achieved higher than average online adoption rates, increased fee income, and a full return on its investment in just two years.
