TCS has developed a Point of View (PoV) for mapping how various business aspects of companies align with human values based on their Sustainability, Societal, and Corporate Governance performance data using a United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) and IRIS+ system proposed by Global Impact Investing Network. Based on this approach, TCS has built a digital solution called MyImpact that enables investors to understand the alignment of their investment portfolio with respect to their personal values.

MyIMpact also offers peer benchmarking, recommendations for investments including securities that align more closely with personal values (with similar or higher historic returns and forward-looking valuation criteria, etc.), and philanthropic contributions as a tax management strategy.

The TCS MyImpact solution is designed to address a gap in the market: offering retail investors alignment of their values against their investment portfolio. The solution offers the self-directed investor clarity and personalization of values-aligned investing regardless of portfolio size (e.g., Mass Affluent – HNW). The TCS solution offers a personalized view of how the entire portfolio aligns with an investor’s values.
