Abstract

Since MAR came out in 2016, the enforcement landscape has been taking shape. This guide gives an overview of the market and solutions for trade and communications surveillance that help firms achieve MAR compliance. Typical challenges a firm may face include ensuring full coverage of both trade and electronic communications surveillance, and combining separate solutions.
