For a majority of Latin American countries, an isolation period has been imposed as a consequence of COVID-19, for some since March and others in April. By May and June several countries started gradually lifting restrictions and while levels of uncertainty remain, P&C insurers face decisions around IT costs based on the current and potential impact to their business. For this reason we ran a short survey to understand those decision, including any changes in cloud adoption.
