Temenos has been focusing on improving their deployment capabilities first with an off-shore center in India and now with a relationship with Cognizant. In the past Temenos has relied on small local partners to deploy their systems and this strategy has not served them well. In response they developed Model Bank, to simply deployments, and an off shore center to provide the customization and configuration. Now they partner with a global SI to further enhance their capabilities. If Temenos and Cognizant invest in training this could improve Temenos' ability to successfully deploy and bring more business to Cognizant.
