In June 2020, Celent published its second global health policy administration system vendor report. In the framework of this report, we asked health policy administration system vendors’ reference clients their opinion of the systems and services they have received. This report details their perspective.

Overall, we observed that health insurers have a positive opinion about their system and vendor. However, some elements, such as the upgradability of their health policy administration system as well as APIs, need specific attention from vendors.
