As part of our review of the life policy administration systems available in EMEA, we solicited feedback from PAS vendors’ reference clients. This report provides the results of our EMEA life policy administration system vendor survey from 2021. It is the seventh edition of this biennial report.
The survey is based on a comprehensive questionnaire that captures the following information from insurers:
- Opinions on their life policy administration system features and functions.
- Perspective on technology elements.
- Experience with implementation of the system.
- Views on post-implementation services offered by the vendor.
Insurers’ Rating of Technology Elements (1 = very poor; 5 = excellent)
