      There are just five weeks left until PSD2 comes into force in Europe on 13 January 2018. PSD2 paves the ground for open banking, allowing third-party providers (TPPs) to access customers' bank accounts - with their consent - for information or to initiate a payment. Given that the five weeks include Christmas and New Year holidays, the market ought to be ready and raring to go.

      So, can we expect radical changes in how we interact with our banks from January?
