      At last week’s Innovation and Insight event, Celent hosted a special panel with thought leaders from Oliver Wyman and Celent to explore the priorities facing operations and technology executives in helping financial services firms navigate the fast-moving environment surrounding the war in Ukraine. One of the panel’s focus areas was on cybersecurity, an area that is increasingly on the regulatory and technology agendas across capital markets.

      During Cybersummit 2021 last October Jen Easterly, director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA), said, “Cybersecurity is a team sport.” Recent comments by Securities and Exchange Commission Chair Gary Gensler suggest that the team size in capital markets may be growing.
