      Overview

Are you tired of kissing frogs?

Your ability to successfully innovate involves a lot more than closing your eyes and hoping for the best. Successful innovations are generally the result of carefully orchestrated leadership and, while every organization is different, most success stories contain certain common elements.

But where can innovators in financial services meet to discuss what has worked and what has not? Celent's Innovation Roundtable Series offers the perfect environment for peer-to-peer dialogue on this important subject. Building on the success of our previous gatherings in San Francisco, Singapore, Tokyo, New York, and Chicago, we are holding the sixth installment of Making Innovation Happen in Seoul on Tuesday, 27 May 2014.

This exclusive, invitation-only event will involve senior leaders from financial services firms. The four-hour interactive session is a peer-to-peer discussion, facilitated by Celent analysts and supplemented by Celent research.

Participants will have the opportunity to shape the agenda before they attend and to exchange views with other senior level executives on how to increase the innovation capability within their organizations. The topics will focus on practical implementation and direct experience. Areas that will be covered in the discussion include:

      • Spotting emerging business and social trends and determining how your firm should change in response
      • Building and sustaining momentum for innovation within organizations
      • Developing successful techniques to prototype, test, and fail/succeed fast
      • Engaging younger employees in identifying and implementing innovative business models

      Registration

Admission is free, and exclusively for executives from financial institutions that have a focus on innovation. Pre-registration is required. If you have any questions, please contact Marie Aquino at maquino@celent.com or at +65.9168.3998.
