Olivier Fernandez Bedoya

Olivier is an Associate Analyst at Celent, with an impressive career as an experienced IT executive with more than 30 years of experience in the P&C, Life, and Annuity/Pension Insurance Industry, as well as in leading consulting and IT services companies.

His experience includes several roles in major insurance companies, highlighting his participation in Allianz Argentina as CIO & COO, member of the executive committee, BCM Officer, and member of regional committees of the Allianz Group. He was local leader of the global program Allianz by Default with objectives in product digitalization and communication.

He has also participated as a speaker at various insurance industry congresses and as a professor of the CIO Master's program at the Business School of the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.

Olivier has solid experience in product definition, business process optimization, product workshops, portfolio management, claims and benefits, reinsurance, coinsurance, commercial structures, commission programs, taxes, accounting, collections, policy and process management.

Olivier has extensive experience in projects of evaluation, evolution, implementation and migration of insurance core systems; definition of project management methodologies and quality management; acquisition and merger projects, systems migration, integration of systems, processes and operations areas; digital transformation projects and collaboration with insurtech ecosystem.

Olivier holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (Argentina) and an MBA from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Spain) and has also obtained his license as an Insurance Advisor Producer from the Asociación Argentina de Productores Asesores de Seguros (AAPAS, Buenos Aires, Argentina).
