SLVRCLD helps insurers to quantify and settle their non-motor household content claims as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Finalising a claim quickly results in a happier and more trusting client. Insurers can also communicate with the claimant through their preferred method either on an augmented or robotic claim process.
We are able to do this as we have built-up a large dataset by analysing millions of insurance quotes so can accurately identify the claimant’s item, determine the correct replacement through machine learning and the quantify the item at the insurer’s panel of suppliers.
Once a claim is quantified an insurer can settle the claim through purchase order, virtual voucher, pre-paid filtered debit card or cash-settlement.
SLVRCLD is an enterprise software as a service (SAAS) solution and can be integrated into an insurer’s claim or policy system. There is also a secure front-end for pilot purposes or smaller brokers and administrators.
The platform is currently used by the majority of insurers in South Africa and SLVRCLD are busy rolling out in the UK, Australia and the Netherlands.
