We provide financial coaching and support for every age, status, job title, demographic, salary, topic and/or life event. We guide employees to financial life-change by establishing a one-on-one relationship with an MSA Money Coach. The employee's primary coach is backed by a team of financial experts whose combined strengths provide the support and accountability needed to affect behavioral change and financial health. The coach-employee experience is also enhanced by a web platform that delivers a wide range of supporting tools. Employees who engage with a Money Coach increase their financial confidence and lower their financial stress. They are less distracted, more productive, feel healthier and can be more focused on the mission of their employer.
