The company was established in 2001 as a specialist pensions software provider, by the four founding directors who still control the business to this day. Procentia’s aim then and now is to develop the most technically advanced web-based pension system available, providing all the functionality a modern pensions administration could want, in a single, cost-effective package.

We have approximately 50 staff all dedicated to the development and implementation of our pensions administration system, and as a small independent producer, we have never put growth before customer service. We believe this has had a very direct impact on the levels of client satisfaction we have achieved. All of Procentia’s products are designed specifically for the pensions industry; the company doesn’t sell into any other sectors.
