Cognoa provides a continuum of care for employees/caregivers of young children as it relates to pediatric devolpment and support. This is done via three seperate offerings. The first is the Cognoa Pediatric Behavioral Health tool and provides a developmental assessment of children between the critical ages of 1 - 8 y/o. The second is an autism diagnostic tool which currently has breakthrough designation from the FDA and will be used by pediatricians to provide an Autism diagnosis. The Pediatric Behavioral Health tool is currently sold to large employers, while the diagnostic tool will be part of an employers healthcare plan and prescribed by a PCP/Pediatrician. The Pediatric Behavioral Health tool is accessed by an app on an employees smartphone. The employee will answer simple questions (roughly 18 - 22) about their child. These are multiple choice questions designed to be very quick and easy to answer. Based on the answers to these questions, Cognoa provides a developmental summary for each child and a unique corresponding roadmap. The developmental summary shows if the child is on track, advanced or needs help in relation to seven key childhood milestones (fine motor. gross motor, speech&language, cognitive, social & emotional, behavioral and sleep). The roadmap consists of recommended activities that parent can do with the child that have been created by Cognoa clinicians which address any points of need. The parent also has access to a library of FAQ's and has direct access to a Cognoa clinician through our "Ask Cognoa" function. For large employers who are self-funded, they will be able to take advantage of our Autism diagnostic tool. This is a tool used by a child's PCP/Pediatrician which allows him/her to quickly make a determination of autism and provide the corresponding diagnosis, allowing the child to enter into therapy much quicker than the traditional standard of care.
