·Full Service Administrative Platform – Espresa’s proprietary platform provides administrators the ability to create a simplified delivery of budgeting tools, custom workflows, events, meetings, and personalized employee programs. User facing branding and content is fully customizable to ensure the client's existing branding/communication strategy can be replicated to provide continuity with all of your employee benefits. Espresa can be accessed by users online across all available web-browsers, and by downloading a mobile native application onto any Google Android and Apple IOS device.

Customer Success Team – Client administrators will work closely with both an Espresa assigned implementation manager and customer success manager. The designated individual will be responsible with facilitating the deployment and ongoing management of client initiatives, events, programs, engagement challenges, and customer support. Our team will work closely with each client to share existing client experiences, compliance updates, and best practices to ensure all phases of the project implementation appear effortless to client team members.

Employee Engagement & Communications - Espresa understands that a programs’ success is only as good as its ability to create relevance for an employee. Our customer success team will work with each client to create a customized communication methodology by understanding employee habits, demographic information, and overall program utilization; focusing on attaining the highest level of engagement per site. Furthermore, Espresa and the client will leverage an integrated challenge + achievements feature set to further assist in achieving established KPIs around engagement.

Analytics + Reporting + Employee Feedback – Espresa continues to invest each month in better methods by which to present utilization data and custom reports real-time. With the integration of employee feedback, clients can tie together all necessary data points to ensure approved budgets are not being mis-allocated towards lagging initiatives/events.
