Overview

Currently, when a insuredhas a Marine International Export Insurance policy, before commencement of the risk or shipment of the product, the insured must issue the Export Insurance Certificate, which will follow the cargo to its final destination.

This issuance is normally made in the insurer's webservice/costumer portal by the insured, the broker/agency or the insurer and, as a result, it could be lengthy and delay the logistical process and may contain issuance errors due to possible human error in typing, which could hinder the adjustment process of any eventual accident.

Key Benefits

Senig Automação has developed E-Rob Exportação for the purposes of making the process of issuing the Export Insurance Certificate into something 100% automated and error-free, since the application will read any client document, in any format and will consume the Webservice of the Insurer for issuance of the Export Insurance Certificate

Other benefits of this product:

a.Process automation;

b.Ease of installation and parameterization on the client;

c.Ease of access to information;

d.Possibility of making the registrations:

i.By Shipper's policy;

ii.Perform the automatic separation per Cost Center/Business Unit (in the case of large-sized shippers);

That is an unprecedented and unique tool on the market, which is in its final stage of development.
