DRC Platform includes multiple portals, to expand new business and servicing opportunities to Agents/Brokers as well as the Insureds and servicing departments.
The Agent/Broker Portal allows for complete broker self servicing if desired, from submission, through indication, quoting and issuance. Once issued, agents can endorse or amend a policy, request cancellation and process renewals. All transactions include document generation and optional distribution via electronic mail or submission to document management systems. Through the use of the rich DRC API library, third party interfaces and legacy services for broker validation, customer/risk clearance and other services are implemented quickly.
