Abstract

Celent provides a detailed look at 41 policy administration systems for EMEA life, health, annuities, and pensions products.

In the report EMEA Policy Administration Systems 2015: Life, Health, Annuities and Pensions ABCD Vendor View, Celent looks at policy administration systems available to insurers within the EMEA region. The report is part of a series on policy administration systems (PAS) in North America, EMEA, and Asia.

“Navigating the universe for policy administration systems across the EMEA region can be a daunting task for some insurers,” says Nicolas Michellod, a senior analyst with Celent’s Insurance practice and coauthor of the report. “The number of software vendors active within EMEA and focused on Life is vast in comparison to the other regions we monitor.”

“Local market regulation, distribution trends, and local product innovation all play roles in shaping market diversity,” says Jamie Macgregor, senior vice president of Celent’s Insurance practice and coauthor of the report. “Vendors profiled in this report represent the most active in the market. In comparing these vendors against startups and smaller local market players, this report serves as a valuable tool for insurers to build an intelligent short-list.”

This report features Celent’s ABCD Vendor View. The ABCD Vendor View presents comparative views of the vendor marketplace in four areas: Advanced technology and technical flexibility, Breadth of functionality, Customer base, and Depth of client services and solutions. The report also describes the core processes in a modern policy administration system, as well as the supporting capabilities and additional point solutions provided by vendors.

The report is more than 280 pages and contains 66 figures and 163 tables. A table of contents, including the full list of vendors profiled, is available online.
