Stephen Silhan

Stephen rejoined Celent in 2023 and is based in the New York office. In his current role, Steve leads new business development for the Corporate and Retail Banking practices across North America working with financial institutions, management consultancies, and technology solution providers. Previously, Stephen managed new business development for the Capital Markets practice globally as well as the Wealth Management and Risk practices across North America.

Prior to joining Celent, Stephen spent the majority of his career with CreditSights, a leading provider of global fixed income research and risk analysis to institutional investors, which was acquired by Fitch Solutions in 2021. Most recently, Steve worked for Lynk, a Knowledge-as-a-Service platform startup, to help launch their software solution in North America.

Stephen received a joint Executive MBA through IE Business School in Madrid and Brown University. He received his BA in Business Management from Brown University.
