Xenomorph, the data and analytics people, announced today that TimeScape EDM+, Xenomorph’s enterprise data management solution for financial markets, has been integrated with Tableau’s business intelligence and visualization software

Users of the connection can generate and export validated data, metadata and analytics from TimeScape EDM+ into Tableau to create new visual insights into process management, trading, risk and regulatory compliance. Data managers can develop a deeper understanding of data quality and operational data processing issues they face. Additionally, business users can use Tableau and the analytical capabilities of TimeScape EDM+ to perform detailed visual investigations of risk and trading opportunities.

“Tableau is one of the leading business intelligence vendors in the market, and we are pleased to meet our clients’ requests to connect our TimeScape EDM+ solution with Tableau’s visualization capabilities,” said Brian Sentance, Chief Executive Officer, Xenomorph. “In our view, data management and business intelligence are a natural fit to extract greater value from high quality, auditable and centralized data.”

“Integrating with Tableau is a natural extension of our commitment to provide our clients actionable analytics and visualization tools so that business users can do more with their data, making data management something that can be leveraged throughout Front, Middle and Back Office,” said Chris Budgen, Chief Technical Architect, Xenomorph. “The integration of Tableau further complements our native charting and heatmap capabilities of TimeScape EDM+, our underlying TimeScape technology platform, our integration with Microsoft Power BI and the connection with Aqumin’s AlphaVision™ visual landscapes.”
