Doxee was founded in 2001 as a privately held company and is headquartered in Modena, Italy. In December 2019 its stock was listed on Euronext Growth, the Italian Stock Exchange dedicated to helping small- medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) raise capital and become publicly-traded companies.

Doxee focuses on customer communications management, digital customer engagement and content dematerialization (digitization). It has more than 200 enterprise customers globally, in the banking, finance, government, insurance, media and telco, and utility sectors. Its sales and professional services personnel are located throughout the North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions in 19 countries depending on customer presence. Doxee’s clients in banking are concentrated in Italy.

The company has 140 FTE employees 30 of whom are in charged with providing professional services and client support for the three product lines enabled by the Doxee Platform® .
