Insicon i2i is an all-in-one insurance Policy Administration System supporting digital and automated transformation in every aspect of insurance process including;

Design: Product & process design modules where business owners, without IT technical dependency, can set-up new products and draw automated process-maps for central business processes like sales, claims and customer communication

Policy admin: Support for full insurance lifecycle from quotation, through the policy issuing, mid-term adjustments, payment plan, documents issuing and distribution to renewals with full insurance history overview

Underwriting: Build tariffs and underwriting arguments in an Excel similar syntax. Import price arguments tables and configuring UW rules for automated UW processes

Sales: Plug & play Customer Service interface and KPI dashboard throughout the sales process. Supports omni-channel business set-up with multiple parties and channels

Claims: Plug & play Claims Handler interface including reserving, recoveries, reinsurance cumule reporting and KPI dashboard throughout the claims process

Billing & Collection: Automated billing process for various billing methods (invoice, e-invoice, direct debiting, credit cards etc.) supporting dunning and reconciliation with banks and payment gateways regarding collecting and paying out. Full traceability and logs of financial transactions together with accounting exportable to general ledger are just some of the standard features.
