In the frame of our Innovation & Insight Day that will take place on the 24th of April in Boston (for more on our event, visit our Innovation & Insight Day web page), we will present our Model Insurer winners for 2018. This year we will recognize 20+ winners in five categories:
-Legacy and ecosystem modernization
-Operational excellence
-Digital and omnichannel technologies
-Data, analytics and artificial intelligence
-Innovation and emerging technologies
We have received a record number of nominations coming from all over the world. Indeed, around hundred companies with headquarters in 29 countries have participated in our Model Insurer program for a total of 132 nominations:
Overall the record number of Model Insurer nominations we have received for this year edition witnesses the great health and appetite of our industry to invest in new technologies. Looking at the proportion of nominations in each category, we observe that there remains a focus on initiatives around digital and omnichannel technologies and legacy and ecosystem transformation:
