This is the latest edition of our trends review in corporate payments. Written with a busy executive in mind, our Top Trends reports deal with the most important industry topics, with the majority of them covered in just a few paragraphs. They are meant to be starting points for conversations, not everything that is to be said about them. Indeed, many of the topics have been or will be the subject of one or more reports. For example, the discussion on cloud has been explored in at least four reports in the last 12 months.

This is the first report looking specifically at Corporate Payments trends in a while. It shouldn’t be implied that this is because there has been nothing to write about. In fact, it’s the opposite. So much has been going on, that has been so fluid and evolving so rapidly, it’s been difficult to know quite when to place the stake in the ground. Many of the topics have already been explored in individual reports after all.
