      REPORT
EMEA Predictions for General Insurance Policy Administration Systems in 2015 and Beyond
      21st July 2015
//EMEA Predictions for General Insurance Policy Administration Systems in 2015 and Beyond

EMEA is a very interesting territory for policy administration vendors. There are a great many single-country vendors, as well as specialists supporting distributors, brokers, and other intermediaries. A few vendors are emerging as truly EMEA-wide. Here Celent looks at the vendors, the deals in the territory, and how different groups of countries “buy together.“

In Celent’s report EMEA Predictions for General Insurance Policy Administration Systems in 2015 and Beyond, senior analyst Craig Beattie examines the EMEA insurance software market, asking where the deals are, who’s seeing the most activity, and what will we see in the 2015 survey.

Celent breaks down the heterogeneous region of EMEA into a number of clusters that tend to buy together. Celent examines the vendors prevalent in the different regions and how some of the countries relate to each other.

The diversity of requirements and regional differences allow for a set of smaller vendors with specific local knowledge. Celent presents a view of the international EMEA vendors versus those with local specialisation.

“Acquisitions and consolidation continue, along with external investment in multiple European vendors,” Beattie says. “Our report paints a picture of a region with many vendors, with small markets within the region, and with optimism for the future.”

The report contains seven figures and one table.
