For a majority of Latin American countries, an isolation period has been imposed — for some since March and others in April — that could have a major impact on their economies. To better understand what the initial reaction of insurers is in the region, we have run a short survey to understand the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on life and health insurers’ major business goals, 2020 IT budgets, and application portfolio plans.
