We weigh in with one of an ongoing series of notes discussing top trends on various aspects of retail banking. Given the fast-moving nature of Covid-19, we have opted to write this report in presentation format to make it easier to digest. Many points are intentionally brief; other reports go into many of them in depth, as this document is intended to provide a high-level ranking of key considerations for retail banks in mid-2020.
