      REPORT
EMEA Policy Administration Solutions: Property & Casualty, General, and Specialty Lines ABCD Vendor View
      16th February 2016
//EMEA Policy Administration Solutions: Property & Casualty, General, and Specialty Lines ABCD Vendor View

Celent profiles 43 policy administration systems being offered in EMEA. This report ranks systems and identifies winners of the XCelent awards in four dimensions: Advanced Technology, Breadth of Functionality, Customer Base, and Depth of Service.

To assemble the information in this report, Celent sent a detailed request for information to a broad set of policy administration system vendors.

After completing the RFIs, each eligible vendor provided a briefing and demo for Celent concentrating on usability and functionality for everyday users, as well as configurability for IT and system administration users. Celent also asked the references provided by each vendor to complete a survey and/or to be interviewed to obtain their view of the system’s business and technology value.

The RFIs, reference surveys, and interviews provided quantitative and qualitative data, much of which is included in this report.

“The EMEA region is a diverse and heterogeneous set of countries spanning three continents with differing challenges, regulation, and levels of development. This leads to a broad and heterogeneous set of vendors serving the various local markets,” says Craig Beattie, a senior analyst with Celent’s Insurance practice and author of the report.

“We’re seeing significant consolidation, as well as a number of new startups in the region leading to complexity and confusion amongst insurance system buyers. This report should add clarity to the market as well as highlighting those systems actively marketed in the territory and giving insight to their relative capabilities and focus,” continues Craig Beattie.

This 272-page report contains 173 tables and 68 figures.
