Polychronic Disease, Diabetes, and Musculoskeletal Management
At least 40% of Americans manage multiple chronic conditions, many of them with accompanying musculoskeletal and/or mental health issues in tow. In this fast-paced session, we will examine the benefits of a polychronic approach to disease and musculoskeletal management and the results of a new innovative approach to blood glucose stabilization in type diabetics. Participants will understand how chronic diseases and musculoskeletal conditions are closely related to behavioral and mental health issues. They will also take away insights on virtual solutions and combination approaches for a varied population that can empower employees to better care for themselves and their health.
